Concrete Foreman
JT Construction is looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our growing team.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who knows concrete, takes pride in quality work, and is ready to lead a crew and continue growing their career.
Responsibilities
- Lead and organize concrete crews and daily field activities
- Keep work safe, productive, and on schedule
- Coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment
- Read plans, understand project expectations, and communicate with the project team
- Oversee layout, forming, concrete placement, and finishing
- Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship
- Identify field issues and help develop practical solutions
- Train and mentor crew members
- Lead by example and work alongside the crew when needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of concrete construction experience; 5 years preferred
- Previous Foreman, Crew Lead, or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, placement, and finishing
- Ability to read plans and perform jobsite layout
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Concrete certifications and additional industry training are a plus.
