Concrete Finisher

We're looking for Concrete Finishers with hands-on experience and a desire to grow to join our construction team. Key Responsibilities

• Place, spread, level, and finish concrete surfaces according to project specifications and quality standards.
• Operate finishing tools and equipment, including screeds, floats, trowels, edgers, and power trowels.
• Assist with formwork, site preparation, reinforcement placement, and concrete pours.
• Produce smooth, broomed, and other specified finishes while maintaining proper grades, elevations, and slopes.
• Perform edging, jointing, saw cutting, curing, and minor concrete repairs.
• Apply proper finishing techniques based on concrete conditions, weather, and project requirements.
• Follow construction plans, measurements, and supervisor instructions.
• Work safely and efficiently with fellow team members while properly maintaining tools and equipment.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2–4 years of concrete finishing experience preferred, with demonstrated hands-on skills.
• Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and related tools and equipment.
• Ability to understand basic construction drawings, measurements, grades, and elevations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work in varying outdoor conditions.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively with a team.
• Experience with power trowels, laser levels, or additional construction equipment is a plus.
• Relevant training or certifications, including ACI certification, are beneficial but not required.
