Overview
JST is seeking an experienced Master Leader Course Facilitator.

Master Leader Course Facilitator Responsibilities
- Facilitate Master Leader Course instruction using adult learning principles and experiential learning techniques.
- Lead small and large group discussions on leadership, ethics, organizational effectiveness, and mission command.
- Assess student performance through written assignments, presentations, and participation.
- Provide timely, constructive feedback and mentorship to students.
- Maintain course standards in accordance with government training doctrine and policies.
- Update and adapt instructional materials to reflect current leadership doctrine and organizational priorities.
- Foster an inclusive, professional learning environment that encourages critical thinking and open dialogue.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate training records and reports.
- Collaborate with other facilitators and leadership to continuously improve course delivery.
Master Leader Course Facilitator Qualifications
- Master's degree in Education, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Human Development, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience, including but not limited to curriculum design, facilitation, instruction, coaching, and faculty development.
- Rank of Master Sergeant (E8) or service equivalent; CFD-IC certification or ability to obtain within 6 months; online quals to include Blackboard Basics, Instructor Writing Course
- Significant experience in government, military, or public sector leadership roles.
- Prior instructional or facilitation experience, preferably in adult education.
- Strong knowledge of leadership theory, organizational behavior, and government operations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Required Clearances and Screenings
- MUST be able to successfully pass a drug and background check
- Must be able to travel and teach independently
