Overview
JST is currently seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join our team. The Salesforce Developer will build and enhance Salesforce capabilities in a structured, regulated environment and deliver sprint-based work end-to-end (design, build, test, deploy, support).

Mid-Level Salesforce Developer Responsibilities
- Develop with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC); automate with Flow.
- Configure Salesforce (objects, fields, validation, security/sharing, permissions).
- Support integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware) and data movement as needed.
- Perform unit testing, code reviews, defect fixes, and release support across environments.
- Produce lightweight technical documentation aligned to government delivery needs.
Mid-Level Salesforce Developer Qualifications
- 3–6 years Salesforce development experience (mid-level).
- Strong in Apex LWC and Salesforce data model/platform limits.
- Working knowledge of Git and Agile delivery.
Desired Qualifications
- Databricks experience to support integration/data pipelines.
- Federal/government experience; Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I (PD1), Administrator).
- Experience with Service Cloud / Experience Cloud / Sales Cloud.
Required Clearances and Screenings
- MUST have an active secret clearance
- MUST be able to pass a US Government Security Clearance
