Clinical Marketing Liaison – Hospice & Home Care

JSSA Hospice is seeking a dynamic, relationship-focused Clinical Marketing Liaison to expand awareness of our hospice and home care services throughout Montgomery County and the National Capital Region. This highly visible position serves as a trusted resource to healthcare providers, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, physicians, case managers, and community organizations.
As the Clinical Marketing Liaison, you will build and strengthen referral relationships, educate healthcare professionals and community partners about JSSA’s services, identify opportunities for growth, and support patients and families in accessing quality hospice and home care services. This role combines clinical expertise, community outreach, business development, and relationship management to advance JSSA’s mission of delivering exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Increase awareness and utilization of JSSA’s hospice and home care programs through targeted outreach and education.
- Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities across the healthcare continuum.
- Serve as a clinical resource and ambassador for JSSA’s services, mission, and values.
- Collaborate closely with intake, admissions, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless transition of care for patients and families.
- Participate in marketing, networking, and business development activities to support organizational growth.
- Track referral trends, maintain referral relationships, and support strategic growth initiatives.
- Represent JSSA at community events, professional meetings, and industry organizations.
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland.
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Experience in sales, healthcare marketing, business development, or community outreach.
- Knowledge of hospice, home care, healthcare services, and referral development is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel throughout the National Capital Region.
