What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, payroll, cash management, and financial reporting.
• Own and improve the month-end close process to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality financial reporting.
• Build and maintain scalable accounting processes, internal controls, and operational procedures to support a growing global organization.
• Partner closely with executive leadership to provide financial insights, reporting, and support for strategic initiatives and special projects.
• Oversee corporate banking relationships, cash activity, and company-wide expense and disbursement processes.
• Manage the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors and tax partners to support compliance and reporting requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting team members while fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.
• Support process improvement initiatives and help modernize accounting operations through systems optimization and automation opportunities.
• Prepare monthly financial statement packages and assist with annual reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives involving operations, events, vendor management, and corporate administration.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred.
• 10 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Prior experience leading accounting operations in a dynamic, multi-entity, or global environment.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting foundation.
• Experience managing teams and developing accounting staff.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner across all levels of the organization.
• Systems and process improvement mindset with experience improving workflows and operational efficiency.
• ERP experience required; Microsoft Dynamics or Business Central experience is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary target: $175,000
• 15% discretionary bonus opportunity
• 401(k) with company match plus additional profit-sharing contributions
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite per week
