A major investment firm is seeking a Program Analyst / Program Coordinator to support delivery across multiple initiatives within the Information Security Office.
This role partners closely with program leadership, technology, and security teams to drive planning, tracking, reporting, and governance across complex workstreams. The ideal candidate brings strong program coordination experience, attention to detail, and the ability to keep multiple initiatives organized, visible, and moving forward.
Key Responsibilities
- Support quarterly and monthly planning by capturing scope, defining milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines
- Maintain integrated views of work in-flight (roadmaps, milestone plans, workstream trackers)
- Drive follow-ups with initiative owners to keep plans current and actionable
- Prepare materials to support planning, prioritization, and sequencing decisions
- Own day-to-day program reporting including weekly status, KPIs/OKRs, delivery health, and risk themes
- Ensure consistent, timely, and outcome-based status reporting across teams
- Track and publish metrics such as milestone attainment, risks/issues, and dependency health
- Draft executive-ready summaries and stakeholder communications
- Track cross-team dependencies across architecture, infrastructure, GRC, and engineering teams
- Coordinate interlock sessions and document decisions, risks, and action items
- Support governance forums by preparing agendas, capturing notes, and ensuring follow-through
- Ensure program artifacts meet governance and audit expectations (scope, controls, evidence, approvals)
- Track operational readiness activities including runbooks, support models, training, and handoffs
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Program or Project Management / Coordination within an enterprise environment
- Strong experience with planning, tracking, and reporting across multiple workstreams
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including technology, security, and business stakeholders
- Ability to manage risks, issues, dependencies, and action items across initiatives
- Strong communication skills, including creating executive-level summaries and reporting
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain structured program artifacts
