What are the responsibilities and job description for the Genesys IVR Developer position at JSR Tech Consulting?
We are seeking an experienced Genesys IVR Developer with hands-on expertise in Genesys Cloud CX for designing and implementing multichannel self-service and Omni-Channel Orchestration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of voice and digital channels, API integrations, and Genesys Architect workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multichannel self-service and IVR solutions on Genesys Cloud CX, with a focus on Omni-Channel Orchestration and customer journey routing.
- Develop and support Voice and Non-Voice applications (including SMS, Email, Chat, and Voice Bot) using Genesys Cloud CX Architect.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration with internal and external systems.
- Deliver Self-Service and Analytics solutions enabled with speech-based interfaces and dynamic menu structures aligned to customer treatment strategies.
- Work closely with product owners and technical teams to ensure high-quality, scalable Genesys solutions that meet enterprise requirements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of application development experience implementing IVR, Self-Service, and Omni-Channel solutions on Genesys Cloud CX.
- Strong hands-on development experience using Genesys Cloud CX Architect for Voice and Digital Channels.
- In-depth knowledge of Genesys Framework and Integration Patterns with other platforms and APIs.
- Proven delivery experience for speech-enabled and menu-driven self-service applications.
- Genesys Cloud CX Certification in one or more solution areas: Inbound, Outbound, Multichannel, Desktop, Integration, Recording, or Reporting.
Technical Expertise (Must-Have)
- Genesys Architect Flows, Data Actions, OAuth, and Integration Objects
- Genesys Integration with ancillary products and enterprise systems
- Genesys Cloud Reporting and performance analytics
- Genesys Cloud APIs and external service integrations
