What You’ll Do

• Deliver outstanding customer service to every patient, every time.
• Schedule appointments strategically to maximize doctor productivity.
• Answer phones professionally and confidently.
• Verify insurance benefits and explain financial information to patients.
• Coordinate treatment plans and help patients understand their care.
• Manage patient records accurately and maintain attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with our clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and keep the day running efficiently.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has previous dental administrative experience (Dentrix experience is a plus).
• Is exceptionally organized with outstanding time management skills.
• Learns new systems and processes quickly.
• Is dependable, professional, and takes initiative.
• Has excellent communication skills and enjoys building relationships with patients.
• Can multitask without sacrificing accuracy or customer service.
• Is positive, adaptable, and enjoys being part of a high-performing team.
• Takes ownership of their work and is committed to continuous improvement.
