JSK Hospitality is looking for friendly, reliable Guest Services Associates to join our front desk team. In this role you’ll be the first and last impression for our guests — handling check-ins and check-outs, answering questions, solving problems, and making sure every stay feels welcoming. We’re open to both full-time and part-time candidates who can work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check guests in and out with a professional, friendly attitude
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest requests
- Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries in person and by email
- Resolve guest concerns quickly and escalate when needed
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience
- Handle cash, credit cards, and basic front desk transactions accurately
- Keep the front desk and lobby area clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments
- Support fellow team members during busy periods
Requirements Required
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer skills and comfort learning new systems
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Preferred
- Previous hotel, restaurant, or customer service experience
- Experience with property management systems (Opera, OnQ, etc.)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
