Role Description
The OSP Resident - Traveling role is a full-time position (5 months on site) based in Dulce, NM.
This on-site role involves overseeing outside plant (OSP) activities, including inspections, supervising construction crews, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and addressing any issues that arise on-site. Daily tasks include coordinating with contractors, maintaining project documentation, and ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met. This position may require frequent travel to project sites as needed.
Qualifications
- 3-5 YEARS EXPERIENCE in OSP, RUS, buried construction/engineering for FTTh projects.
- Experience working with Software for iPad/Tablet is desired.
- Working knowledge of RUS practices and terminology is desired.
- Highly organized, self-starter with excellent verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
- Superior time management and strong attention to detail.
- Overtime is often required.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively for project requirements.
- Proficiency with standard office software and relevant project management tools
