Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for a Sr. Customer Service Specialist for our client’s operation near Martinsburg, WV. This is a direct hire day shift position with competitive pay and benefits.

- Base Pay$22.00 / Hour
- Shift is 8am – 5pm
- Communicate with customers by answering questions, providing information and managing complaints via phone, email and chat.
- Process customer orders, track shipments, coordinate with logistics, and resolve delivery issues.
- Help clients troubleshoot product or service issues and find solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal team, such as sales, logistics, and production.
- Guide new clients through setup and provide training on how to use products or services effectively.
- 3 years of experience in a B2B customer service role
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree is a plus
- Strong communication skills to clearly communicate clearly and effectively with business clients
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and handle a high volume
- of inquiries.
- Strong interpersonal skills to handle challenging situations and build rapport with clients.
- Solid knowledge of production systems, safety standards, and food-grade manufacturing practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure.
- Proficient with basic computer applications (email, Excel, production software, ERP systems a plus).
