Senior Civil Structural Architectural Engineer

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is actively searching for a Senior Civil Structural Architectural (CSA) Engineer for our client’s operation near Elkview / Charleston, WV. This is a long-term contract position with competitive pay. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on state-of-the-art projects.

Senior CSA Engineer to provide senior-level technical leadership and project execution oversight for complex industrial and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant CSA experience, including 3 years in technical or project leadership
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) licensure where required by law
• Strong knowledge of codes, regulations, manufacturing standards, and industry best practices
• Demonstrated experience establishing discipline work processes, leading teams, delivering complex engineering packages, and supporting project closeout
• Experience with project estimating and technical proposal development
• Formal training in leadership and project execution
