Our client in Hudson, Florida, has an immediate need for a Sales Management Trainee in the construction supply business.

- College degree.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer skills.
- Full-time availability: Monday – Friday 7:30 am – 5:00 pm
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage with customers.
- Understand customer needs and recommend the best products or services to meet those needs.
- Accurately process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up on sales leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and achieve departmental goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering post-sale support.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate with customers.
- Detail-oriented.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively in a team environment.
