Quality Manager

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is currently looking for a skilled Quality Manager to spearhead quality assurance functions at our clients’ Middletown, NY facility. This pivotal role combines oversight of quality systems with direct, on-the-floor leadership.

Pay: $100K to $115K

Requirements

• 3–5 years of Quality Assurance experience within manufacturing
• Proven track record managing or supervising QA or production teams
• Expertise in quality systems, documentation, and continuous improvement
• Exceptional ability to interpret specifications, measurements, and compliance standards
• Strong computer literacy, especially in reporting and documentation tools
• Hands-on experience working directly on the production floor
  
  

Bonus Points For

• Experience implementing or revamping quality processes
• SQF certification or extensive audit experience
• Background in flexible packaging, food manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, or aerospace
• Supporting regulatory or customer audits with confidence
  
  

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Experience with regulatory compliance and third-party audits
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, multi-shift environment and potential for relocation
