Our client has an opening for a Pipe Stress Engineer on a long-term contractual basis. Compensation $65-95/hr, based on experience.
- 100% remote, no travel required.
- Flexible schedule – be available during normal business hours – but if you want to take a 2-hour lunch or go to a kid’s ballgame, that’s fine. Just get the work done and participate in Teams meetings!
- Diverse nuclear client base - so if work runs out with one client, you just move to another project.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- B.S. degree in engineering
- 5 years current experience pipe stress analysis, doing pipe stress calculations and development of piping isometric drawings.
- Commercial nuclear plant background preferred, will consider other industries.
- MUST HAVE 3 current years experience with AutoPIPE software and MathCAD reports.
- Experience ASME B31.1 Code. Class 1/2/3 piping a plus.
- Ability to work independently and against deadlines.
