HR Coordinator - I-9 Verification Support

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is partnered with a global leader in the aerospace and defense markets to seek a HR Coordinator - I9 Verification Support for a Hybrid role in Rockford, IL.

Pay Rate: $20-$25

Key Responsibilities

• Must be able to Video remote for I-9s and scheduling.
• Assist in completing and verifying Form I-9 documentation for new hires in compliance with federal regulations
• Review employee identity and work authorization documents for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all I-9 forms are completed within required timelines and properly recorded
• Maintain organized and secure records of I-9 documentation
• Coordinate with hiring managers and new employees to resolve missing or incomplete information
• Conduct periodic audits of I-9 files to ensure ongoing compliance
• Stay up to date on employment eligibility regulations and company policies
• Support HR team with onboarding and administrative tasks as needed
