What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain HR Coordinator - Day position at Lowe's?
Key Responsibilities
Supports new associate onboarding by helping with or facilitating new employee orientation, verifying information in HR systems, conducting I-9 verification, drug screen administration, and other administrative tasks involved in the onboarding process.
Supports requests for I-9 recertification and maintains physical documents such as employee health and safety posters, employee documents, garnishment forms, mail, etc.
Supports hiring managers and talent acquisition with site specific activities such as securing interview rooms, supporting location experience visits, printing materials, etc.
Supports payroll administrative work including processing termination same-day pay, distributing money network cards to associates for pay, routing garnishments to the HR service center, and other related tasks.
Interacts with associates daily to identify engagement opportunities or other risks; serves as the first point of contact for open door concerns.
Partners with Location Leadership, HR leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to maintain and update location signage (communication, compliance material, etc.)
Assists people leaders with maintaining accurate time-keeping / payroll data for associates, ensuring all entries are accurate and exceptions approved in a timely manner.
Supports people leaders with employee data management administration to include associate conversion, transfers, and moves as appropriate.
Manages facility communication updates on monitors, table toppers, bulletin boards, stall talks and other facility specific communication forms regarding company benefits, facility updates and other engagement-related updates.
Supports a variety of site administrative work for assigned locations to include supporting engagement / local community events, creating and distributing badges, and distributing work related equipment.
As directed, supports site leadership by generating, distributing, and maintaining business related reporting.
Follows up with site leadership and associates on exception based activity to improve compliance and execution.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
1 year experience in a retail environment
2 Years Administrative experience such as processing data, scheduling, monitoring and tracking information, and using office software
1 Year Experience administering confidential staff information such as personnel files and employment compliance data
1 Year Experience in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree Business, Human Resources or Related Field
2 Years experience in a retail environment or equivalent and relevant work experience
2 Years Experience in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff
Pay Range: $27.35 - $34.05 per hour
