The Director of Operations will lead and optimize all aspects of plant operations to ensure safety, quality, efficiency, andregulatory compliance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster a high -performance culture, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Leverage resources effectively to deliver operational excellence in a dynamic food manufacturing environment.

- 5 years of Leadership experience with a Food Manufacturer
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Operational Excellence
- Excellent problem solving, communication, collaboration, and process improvement skills
- Additional experience with Kaizen, inventory management, and food safety and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree Required and Masters preferred (Engineering/Food Science/Operations)
