Required Skills
- Proven proficiency as a Customer Service Representative with experience beyond call centers or retail
- Knowledge of SAP-R3 or equivalent ERP systems (minimum 6 months to 1 year experience), including order entry, invoicing, and delivery management
- Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills working across multiple departments and with external contacts
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word (intermediate to high level)
- Ability to multitask, manage projects, and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements
- Experience with the Sales to Cash (STC) or Requisition to Pay (RTP) processes is preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and SharePoint platforms
- Knowledge of quality systems and business processes
- Experience supporting Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance initiatives
- Previous exposure to demand and supply planning or order management
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous customer service experience in a manufacturing, supply chain, or related environment
