Position Summary
The individual in this position will support the Customer Accounting and Customer Service operations within the Business Office. This role will also provide assistance to the Call Center Department as needed to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote a safe and professional working environment.
- Provide support to front-line customer service representatives.
- Assist with daily cash handling, balancing, and reconciliation processes.
- Support front-line staff in managing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Assist with kiosk and payment transactions.
- Minimum of three (3) years of customer service experience required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong typing and data entry skills.
- Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong customer focus and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven accuracy and accountability in cash handling.
- Solid computer literacy and ability to learn new systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to take appropriate action.
- Availability required between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Manages large volume of incoming phone calls.
- Generate sales leads. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provides accurate, valid, and complete customer information.
- Meets service team sales targets and call management quotas.
- Manages customer complaints. Provides appropriate solutions and alternatives.
- Follows up ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions.
- Files documents.
- Follows communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
