- Attend bi-weekly scheduling conference calls and report the status of your projects.
- Obtain site photos and written confirmation of schedule and site conditions from site personnel and / or customers.
- Develop & maintain effective relationships with key accounts, ensuring customer expectations are met through problem identification & resolution strategies.
- Possess thorough knowledge of project specifications & contract documents.
- Prepare clear & concise estimates / proposals by gathering all necessary information, including prints, specs & RFI’s.
- Collect information from other vendors & subcontractors to complete sales quotations as needed.
- Call customers to create new business relationships & see how current customers can be further served.
- Generate estimates and proposals for your projects and log in company quote log.
- Project manage jobs awarded to you.
- Work with engineering on RFI / customer approval processes.
- Send invoicing notices to accounting, as required.
- Write up new work orders, sales orders, for your accounts.
- Walk / punch out projects with customers as required.
- Ensure confidentiality.
- Experience supporting architectural or construction projects and accounts.
- Experience generating estimates, proposals, orders and invoicing
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong people skills
- Degree is preferred
