Requirements
- PPE: Hard hat, gloves, ear protection, eye protection, steel toe boots/shoes
- The SR Structural Engineer 1 position requires 10 years heavy industrial/power plant experience and an accredited bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering.
- Include providing structural engineering services and producing and checking structural steel design calculations and drawings.
- Include detailed knowledge of structural steel design principles and industry methodologies, significant structural steel connection design experience
- Proficiency with structural codes and standards
- Extensive knowledge of heavy industrial structures and components
- Strong computer skills
- Proficiency with structural computer programs such as STAAD PRO.
