JSF Financial is seeking a full-time Client Service Associate to join our Client Service & Operations team. In this role, you’ll support our Financial Advisors and clients while collaborating across departments including Financial Planning, Investment Management, Compliance, and Operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, and being a go-to resource for both clients and colleagues.
- Partner with the Client Service Team to support Financial Advisors and deliver an excellent client experience
- Compile and review reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
- Support brokerage account operations, portfolio accounting, and reporting software workflows
- Assist our Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in helping ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies
- Learn, test, and help implement new software tools; train colleagues and share best practices with the team
- Jump in to support other departments as needed and help fill gaps during busy periods or special projects
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing financial transactions and account documentation
- An innate desire to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
- Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, filters, basic analysis)
- Service industry experience is highly valued at JSF
- Demonstrated track record of taking ownership and seeing delegated projects through to completion
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)

- Annual salary range: $60,000 – $80,000 (commensurate with experience)
