Role: Fleet Manager – Autonomous Vehicle Operations

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to lead day-to-day autonomous vehicle operations across multiple U.S. cities. This role is critical to ensuring fleet readiness, safety, compliance, and operational excellence in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Oversee daily operations and performance of the autonomous vehicle fleet
2. Ensure vehicle readiness, including maintenance, inspections, charging, and cleaning
3. Track and report fleet KPIs such as uptime, utilization, energy usage, and vehicle health
4. Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency, safety, and cost control
5. Support launch and scale-up of new fleet sites and test operations
6. Manage third-party vendors for maintenance, transportation, and logistics
Required Qualifications
1. 10 years of professional experience, including 4 years in fleet or logistics management
2. Strong operations management background (required)
3. Experience managing vehicle fleets, drivers, or logistics teams
4. Knowledge of fleet management systems, GPS tracking, and reporting tools
5. Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance
6. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills
7. Must be based in the deployment city
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour
