Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Political Science, International Relations, Military Science)
- Joint Operational Planning courses and/or experience are highly desired
- Analyze and assess Joint Medical Readiness across Combatant Commands and Services
- Support requirements development and capability gap analysis
- Develop briefings, decision papers, and executive-level products
- Integrate data from Defense Readiness Reporting System to inform readiness assessments
- Coordinate with OASD Health Affairs, DHA, Services, and Combatant Commands
- Support readiness reporting, metrics development, and performance tracking
- Advise leadership on readiness trends, risks, and mitigation strategies
- Other duties as assigned
- Demonstrated experience in Medical Readiness within DoD or Military Health System
- Strong working knowledge of Defense Readiness Reporting System
- Experience supporting senior-level staff or headquarters environments
- Strong analytical, writing, and briefing skills
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience at the Joint Staff, Service headquarters, or Combatant Command (Preferred)
- Familiarity with readiness reporting frameworks and metrics (Preferred)
- Experience with data analytics tools (Advana, Tableau, Power BI) (Preferred)
- Must possess or be eligible for a Secret security clearance
- May travel to various locations to support planning efforts
