Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau
- Develop and manage data models to support enterprise reporting needs
- Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources into reporting environments
- Support integration of data across systems to enable consistent and reliable reporting
- Partner with analysts, database managers, and business stakeholders to define reporting requirements
- Create visualizations that highlight trends, performance metrics, and key insights
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort
- Maintain clear documentation of data sources, transformations, and reporting logic
- Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from leadership
- Other duties as assigned
- 2–5 years of experience in BI development and data visualization
- Proficiency in Power BI and Tableau
- Strong experience with DAX, Power Query, and data modeling concepts
- Experience with SQL, Excel, and large-scale data processing
- Experience integrating data across multiple systems and sources
- Familiarity with government financial systems such as GFEBS or DEAMS preferred
- Understanding of financial or accounting processes preferred
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to translate technical outputs into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders
