The Role
We're hiring a Paint Protection Film Installer to join our team. You'll be responsible for prepping vehicles and installing PPF to a high standard, with clean edges, no contamination, and results we're proud to put our name on.
What You'll Do
- Install paint protection film on vehicles (full fronts, full bodies, custom coverage)
- Prep and clean surfaces thoroughly before installation
- Use plotting/cutting software and pre-cut patterns, and hand-cut when needed
- Inspect finished work for quality and address any imperfections
- Keep your bay, tools, and materials organized and clean
- Communicate with the team on timelines and vehicle handoffs
What We're Looking For
- 2 years Paint Protection Film experience preferred, but we're open to training the right person who has related skills (vinyl wrap, window tint, detailing) and a strong work ethic
- A sharp eye for detail and high standards for finished work
- Steady hands, patience, and pride in clean, precise results
- Reliability and good communication
- Valid driver's license and comfortable moving customer vehicles
- Ability to stand, bend, and work with your hands throughout the day
