The Role
We're hiring an Automotive Detailer to deliver top-tier interior and exterior detailing. From wash and decon to paint correction and ceramic coating prep, you'll help every vehicle leave looking its absolute best.
What You'll Do
- Perform interior and exterior detailing, including washing, decontamination, vacuuming, shampooing, dressing, and finishing
- Assist with or perform paint correction and polishing depending on skill level
- Prep vehicles for ceramic coating and protective services
- Inspect completed work to make sure it meets our standards
- Keep the detail bay, equipment, and products clean and organized
- Manage your time to hit quality and turnaround expectations
What We're Looking For
- Detailing experience preferred, but we're happy to train the right person with a strong work ethic and a genuine interest in the craft
- Attention to detail and pride in thorough, consistent results
- Knowledge of detailing products, tools, and processes is a plus (paint correction and ceramic coating experience especially)
- Reliability, good communication, and a team-first attitude
- Valid driver's license and comfortable moving customer vehicles
- Ability to stand, bend, and work physically throughout the day
