About Us:JRP Utility Construction is an expert turn-key utility construction company that offers walkout and design, permitting, both aerial and underground construction, fiber and copper splicing and all required testing and closeout packages. We are seeking a motivated, safety-conscious Quality Control Supervisor to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This role is critical to protecting underground utilities and ensuring the safety of construction activities.Responsibilities:Conduct frequent site inspections to ensure compliance with plans and standards.Ensure construction plans are being followed and project specifications are met.Monitor safety regulations and compliance across job sites.Oversee restoration work to ensure it is completed to specification.Take and organize project photos for client documentation and reporting.Collaborate frequently with managers, field crews, and clients to maintain project quality.Provide clear and effective communication between crews, clients, and management.Requirements:Valid driver’s license.Eligible to work in the U.S.Bilingual in Spanish and English (required).3 years of experience in utility construction, underground construction, or a related field.Strong attention to detail.Ability to travel for projects as needed.Willingness to work extended hours when required.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Calm under pressure and adaptable to changing project needs.Self-starter with excellent time management.Top-notch communication and leadership abilities.
