Job Title: Relief Residential Counselor
We are seeking Relief Residential Counselors to support the development and growth of adolescent girls ages 13-20, who present with concurrent behavioral, mental health, and cognitive challenges. Our team is passionate about learning effective skills and providing a safe environment for young adults to be successful.

Responsibilities:
- Perform direct care responsibilities within the group home
- Direct supervision of students within the group home while maintaining safety and security procedures
- Lead by example and role model for all staff and students appropriate professional behavior within a group home setting

Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
