Superintendent | Luxury Residential Construction
We're partnering with a custom home builder seeking an experienced Superintendent to manage high-end residential projects from sitework through punch list completion.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all field operations and subcontractors
- Manage project schedules, quality, and jobsite safety
- Coordinate with Project Managers, architects, designers, and homeowners
- Lead projects from foundation through final turnover
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Superintendent experience
- Proven experience building luxury custom homes
- Strong understanding of residential construction methods and trade coordination
- Ability to read plans, solve field issues, and maintain project schedules
