We are seeking a highly driven and proactive Project Manager with strong Business Analysis experience to support AWS cloud initiatives, migration planning, and TSA (Transition Services Agreement) exit activities. This role requires a 60/40 blend of Project Management and Business Analysis, ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity and takes full ownership of driving complex initiatives forward.
This is not a coordination role—we are looking for a critical thinker and go-getter who can identify gaps, challenge assumptions, and execute with urgency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AWS cloud and migration initiatives, including planning, execution, and tracking
- Drive TSA exit planning and execution, ensuring seamless transition of systems, data, and services
- Partner with business and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into actionable plans
- Develop and manage migration strategies, roadmaps, timelines, and dependencies
- Proactively identify risks, gaps, and blockers, and drive resolution independently
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to align stakeholders and maintain momentum
- Act as a bridge between business, infrastructure, and engineering teams
- Ensure accountability across teams and keep initiatives moving forward
Required Experience & Skills
- 5–10 years of experience in Project Management and Business Analysis roles
- Proven experience in a PM/BA hybrid capacity (approx. 60% PM / 40% BA)
- Strong experience with AWS cloud environments and enterprise migration initiatives
- Hands-on experience with TSA exit planning and execution (carve-outs, divestitures, or large transformations)
- Solid understanding of cloud migration strategies (lift-and-shift, replatforming, modernization)
- Ability to manage complex dependencies across multiple teams and workstreams
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to operate in ambiguity
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior leadership
