Role Overview
The first major initiative will support the lending organization by automating manual reporting, data gathering, and workflow processes using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
This person will help spearhead automation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and support audit/compliance standards within a financial institution environment.
MUST HAVE SKILLS
Core Technical Requirements
- 1–2 years hands-on experience with:
- Microsoft Power Automate
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Experience with:
- Workflow automation
- RPA concepts / process automation
- SQL querying & reporting validation
- REST APIs
- JSON
- Experience troubleshooting and testing automation workflows
- Strong documentation skills
NICE TO HAVE
- Financial services / banking experience
- Microsoft certifications
- Exposure to:
- Microsoft Copilot
- AI tools / AI-assisted automation
- Experience working cross-functionally with business users
