JRC, Incorporated is a nationwide commercial construction company headquartered in Greenbrier, Tennessee. We specialize in commercial exterior improvements and currently operate in 48 states.

JRC is expanding its Exterior Division, with a primary focus on commercial windows and siding, along with other exterior projects as the division grows. We are seeking an experienced Exterior Division Manager to lead the department, oversee project execution, and help build a strong, accountable team.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced construction professional who can step into an established operation, lead people, manage projects, solve problems, and drive results. The ideal candidate brings proven experience in commercial construction and understands that successful project execution requires strong planning, communication, accountability, and follow-through.

Essential DutiesResponsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the Exterior Division, primarily focused on commercial windows and siding.
• Oversee projects from pre-production through completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to JRC's quality standards.
• Lead, manage, and develop team members including project managers and field personnel.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, equipment, and other resources to support efficient production.
• Work closely with estimating to ensure accurate project scope, budgets, scheduling, and a smooth transition from estimating to production.
• Monitor project performance, identify risks or issues early, and take action to resolve problems and prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, general contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Provide leadership in quality control, jobsite safety, and compliance.
• Monitor project costs and work within established budgets while identifying opportunities to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure required project documentation, reporting, and production paperwork are completed accurately and timely.
• Assist with customer concerns, warranty work, and other issues requiring management involvement.
• Forecast hiring needs and conduct interviews necessary for Division growth.
• Identify and implement improvements to production processes, communication, scheduling, and overall division performance.
• Participate in business development and client relationship activities as needed.
• Mentor and develop team members while establishing clear expectations and accountability.

QualificationsExperience

• 5 years of commercial construction experience in windows, siding, building envelope, roofing, and related exterior construction.
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to support projects.
• Must align with JRC's culture and commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Proven experience in construction production, project management, or operations leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through with a sense of urgency.
• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, manpower, and materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and construction/project management software.
