What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dinner Sous Chef position at JRB LLC?
Job duties inlcude:
-maintaining consistent food quality
-maintaining cleaning efforts and managing equipment needs
-saute, flat top, frier, general food preparation
-pantry management
-contributing ideas to the food menu
-working with the team to elevate food quality and food knowledge
