We’re looking for Snow Removal Team Members who are dependable, ready to work when the weather demands it, and interested in earning a long-term position with our lawn and landscaping crews in the spring. This role is ideal for someone who wants winter work and a clear path into a full-time seasonal or year-round career with JR Lawn.
This position requires availability during snow events, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Can you reliably meet this requirement?

- You communicate clearly with crew leads and follow systems without being babysat
