Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a hotel, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure that all guest needs are met and that the hotel maintains a high level of customer satisfaction
- Manage and motivate staff to provide exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and local businesses
- Ensure that the hotel complies with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
- Manage budgets and financial performance, including forecasting and reporting
Requirements:
- Degree in hospitality management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and financial performance
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
