As the General Manager of Drusie & Darr at The Hermitage Hotel, you lead one of Nashville’s most refined dining experiences, overseeing the guest journey with precision, intention, and elevated service standards. 3. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and elevate the guest experience through refined, anticipatory service and personalized engagement
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front of house and culinary teams
  • Maintain exceptional fine dining standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and service execution
  • Manage reservations, pacing, and table flow to optimize both guest experience and operational efficiency
  • Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure cohesive menu execution and service alignment
  • Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet standards of quality, timing, and presentation
  • Drive financial performance through revenue optimization, cost control, and KPI analysis
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high performing team rooted in accountability and service excellence
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to elevate team capability
  • Partner cross functionally with hotel leadership to support VIP experiences, events, and programming
  • Ensure adherence to all service standards, operational procedures, and regulatory compliance
  • Continuously identify opportunities to refine operations and elevate the overall dining experience

4. Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Experience and Expertise

  • Minimum of 5 years in a senior restaurant leadership role within fine dining or luxury hospitality environments
  • Proven experience leading high performing teams within globally recognized or critically acclaimed restaurant concepts
  • Deep understanding of refined dining service, culinary execution, and guest experience design
  • Demonstrated financial acumen with success in driving revenue growth and operational profitability
  • Strong knowledge of food, wine, spirits, and service techniques within elevated dining environments
  • Exceptional communication skills with a polished and professional presence
  • Ability to operate with composure, precision, and sound judgment in a dynamic service environment
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and high demand service periods

Preferred Credentials

· Starting salary based upon experience
