3. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and elevate the guest experience through refined, anticipatory service and personalized engagement
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination between front of house and culinary teams
- Maintain exceptional fine dining standards of cleanliness, organization, presentation, and service execution
- Manage reservations, pacing, and table flow to optimize both guest experience and operational efficiency
- Partner with culinary and beverage leadership to ensure cohesive menu execution and service alignment
- Ensure all food and beverage offerings meet standards of quality, timing, and presentation
- Drive financial performance through revenue optimization, cost control, and KPI analysis
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high performing team rooted in accountability and service excellence
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to elevate team capability
- Partner cross functionally with hotel leadership to support VIP experiences, events, and programming
