How You’ll Make An Impact
- Gain hands‑on experience supporting weld engineering and automation projects
- Learn through real‑world tasks and mentorship from experienced engineers
- Assist with lab work, testing, and documentation in a timely and thorough manner
- Collaborate with cross‑functional team members on active projects
- Learn and apply basic programming and technical skills related to welding and automation
- Take on a variety of assignments that support your development and the team’s goals
- Build confidence as you grow your technical and professional skill set
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current enrollment in an accredited engineering program (welding, mechanical, controls, or related discipline)
- Basic proficiency or exposure to CAD and GD&T
- Interest in welding, automation, controls, or mechanical design
- Exposure to robotic programming and basic weld inspection concepts preferred
- Strong willingness to learn, stay on task, and manage time with guidance
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
