JQ Staffing Services is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Sales Representative for a well-established welding supply and equipment company in Philadelphia, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone with industrial sales experience who enjoys building relationships, generating new business, and working independently in the field.
The company has been serving the industry for decades and specializes in welding supplies, industrial gases, welding equipment, and related products. Training and mentoring will be provided to the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain new business relationships within assigned territory
- Generate new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Visit client locations and maintain strong customer relationships
- Attend monthly sales meetings and business development calls
- Promote welding supplies, gases, and industrial equipment products
- Work independently while meeting sales goals and expectations
Qualifications:
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Industrial or welding sales experience is a strong plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned territory
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude
Pay & Benefits:
- $36,000 – $60,000 annually (based on experience)
