You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to build a culture of agility, transparency, ownership, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owner to ensure a well-prioritized and groomed backlog aligned to business objectives.
- Track, manage, and communicate sprint progress, risks, and dependencies across teams and leadership.
- Remove obstacles and foster an environment where teams can deliver high-quality work at a sustainable pace.
- Guide teams in Agile best practices, Lean principles, and continuous improvement.
- Work with multiple Scrum teams in a scaled Agile environment (SAFe, LeSS, or similar).
- Build strong relationships with business and technical partners.
- Support release planning and forecasting to align delivery expectations.
- Use data and metrics (burn-down charts, velocity, throughput, cycle times, dashboards) to drive decisions.
- Support organizational transformation towards agile maturity.
- 12 years of total experience, including 8 years as a Scrum Master in enterprise-level environments.
- Proven experience leading multiple Agile teams simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe.
- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally or VersionOne.
- Ability to influence and coach teams at all levels.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe-SM, RTE or equivalent.
- Background working with distributed or global teams.
- Experience in banking, insurance, healthcare, or enterprise digital transformation projects.
