We’re looking for a hands-on Salesforce Product Manager to lead the build and rollout of a new Salesforce org/instance. This role is ideal for someone who has directly participated in a Salesforce implementation and can confidently balance strategy, execution, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product vision, goals, MVP, and roadmap in partnership with Product Owners and sponsors
- Manage and prioritize the Salesforce backlog, supporting sprint planning and delivery
- Develop and maintain project timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans
- Collaborate with IT and Project Managers to translate roadmaps into build priorities
- Lead stakeholder communication, status reporting, and governance activities
- Coordinate and facilitate UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution
- Ensure alignment between business requirements, testing, and final delivery
- Support change management, training, cutover, launch, and hypercare activities
- Track and report on key metrics, milestones, and deliverables
- Manage scope, change requests, and impact assessments
- Prior experience working on a Salesforce implementation in a product or project management role
- Hands-on involvement in Salesforce delivery (not just theoretical knowledge)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce fundamentals and platform capabilities
- Strong experience with backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
