Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Operations Lead to join our team on-site in Benson, NC. The Operations Lead will oversee daily operations, including managing inventory, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring product quality standards are met. This role also involves supervising teams, streamlining workflows for improved efficiency, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in optimizing processes and supporting the success of the company's operations.
Qualifications
- Operations management and organizational skills, with experience in managing production processes and inventory
- Leadership and team supervision abilities to foster collaboration and ensure productivity
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for vendor management and internal/external stakeholder coordination
- Familiarity with health, safety, and quality compliance standards in food production
- Problem-solving and process optimization skills to enhance operational efficiency
- Proficiency in relevant software or tools for inventory and schedule management
- Prior experience in food production or a related field is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a relevant field preferred but not required
