JP’s Pastry is a growing multi-location, 100% gluten-free bakery operating a centralized production facility serving both retail stores and wholesale customers.

What You Will Own
You will be responsible for making sure:
- Stores receive product on time
- Production is scheduled and predictable
- Inventory is controlled
- Food safety is enforced
- Staff know expectations
- Daily chaos turns into reliable systems
You will lead a ~20 person production and fulfillment team and support multiple store locations.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You will sometimes be on the floor, sometimes planning systems, and sometimes solving problems early in the morning.
