We are seeking energetic and reliable individuals or small crews to join our team as General Labor and Renovation Specialists. Duties
- Assist with general construction tasks such as framing, drywall installation, plastering, caulking, stucco application, and trim carpentry.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on various job sites.
- Support window installation, flooring installation, cabinetry setup, masonry work, and hardscape construction projects.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, construction plans, and specifications to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Conduct site inspections to verify adherence to safety protocols and quality standards during remodeling or new construction projects.
- Assist with electrical and plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and technical requirements.
- Perform outdoor work including landscaping, hardscaping construction projects, and general site cleanup to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Prior construction experience or hands-on knowledge of building materials and techniques is highly preferred.
- Experience operating power tools, hand tools, heavy equipment, and performing masonry or carpentry tasks.
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to construction sites and outdoor work environments.
- Basic electrical or plumbing experience is advantageous but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a small crew effectively.
