MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform general labor activities related to scrap metal processing and recycling operations.
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, front-end loaders, skid steer loaders, mobile cranes and manlifts after receiving proper training.
- Assist with basic mechanical and electrical maintenance activities, inspections and equipment cleaning.
- Sort and separate recyclable materials such as aluminum, copper and stainless steel to maintain product quality standards.
- Load, unload, move and organize materials throughout the yard and production areas.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and complete required operational checklists.
- Support other operational activities and departments as assigned

RESPONSABILIDADES PRINCIPALES:
- Ejecutar labores generales relacionadas con el procesamiento e industrialización de chatarra.
- Operar equipos como montacargas, cargador frontal, minicargador, grúa móvil y plataformas elevadoras, previa capacitación correspondiente.
- Apoyar en actividades básicas de mantenimiento mecánico, eléctrico, inspección y limpieza de equipos.
- Realizar la clasificación manual de materiales reciclables como aluminio, cobre y acero inoxidable para garantizar la calidad del producto final.
- Cargar, descargar, trasladar y organizar materiales dentro del patio y áreas operativas.
- Realizar inspecciones rutinarias de equipos y completar los registros operativos correspondientes.
- Brindar apoyo a otras actividades operativas según las necesidades del negocio.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Complete high school
