Superintendent – Custom Homes
Myrtle Beach, SC | $130,000 – $150,000
JPM Resourcing is working with an established custom home builder in Myrtle Beach looking to appoint an experienced Superintendent.
This is not high-volume production housing. You'll be overseeing high-end custom homes typically valued at $4M–$5M, with projects concentrated locally around the Myrtle Beach area.
The Role
You'll take ownership of your projects in the field, managing the complete construction process and ensuring each home is delivered to the quality expected within the luxury custom market.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing custom home builds from site start through final handover
- Coordinating and supervising subcontractors and trades
- Managing schedules, sequencing and deliveries
- Maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship and finish
- Conducting site inspections and resolving construction issues
- Managing punch-out and final completion
- Working closely with homeowners, designers, architects and the wider project team
- Maintaining safe, organised and professional jobsites
What We're Looking For
- Proven Superintendent / Construction Manager experience
- Custom or luxury residential construction experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of residential construction from foundations through high-end finishes
- Excellent subcontractor management and scheduling ability
- High attention to detail and quality
- Comfortable working directly with clients on high-value homes
- Based in, or within reasonable commuting distance of, Myrtle Beach
