What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like

You’re the hero that keeps the local economy moving. Your responsibilities include:

• Hitting the Road: Driving to service call locations to help our commercial, agricultural, and business partners.

• The Heavy Hitters: Performing tire replacements and maintenance on big trucks, farm equipment, and heavy-duty business machinery.

• The Game Plan: Reviewing work orders and coordinating with service advisors to keep the fleet running.

• Detail Oriented: Notating vehicle damage and ensuring every job is documented for safety and quality.

• Staying Sharp: Attending in-house training to stay at the top of your game.

What You Bring to the Pit Crew

We need a pro who knows their way around a heavy-duty rim. Here’s the checklist:

• The Experience: You have at least 2 years of commercial tire experience under your belt.

• Communication: You’re great at talking shop with customers in the field and the team back at the shop.

• The Hustle: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love being part of a team that gets things done.

• The Essentials: You must have a valid driver’s license and a clean enough record to handle our service vehicles.
