Responsibilities
- Safely operate excavators, skid steers, wheel loaders, compactors, and other heavy equipment.
- Perform excavation, grading, drainage, demolition, land clearing, driveway installation, and site preparation.
- Assist with fiberglass pool installations.
- Get out of equipment to shovel, rake, grade, install materials, and help the crew as needed.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance issues.
- Read grade stakes, laser levels, and follow site plans.
- Load and unload equipment when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site.
- Follow OSHA and company safety standards.
Qualifications
- Experience operating heavy equipment required.
- Valid driver's license (CDL is a plus).
- Ability to perform physical labor throughout the workday. Not just in the equipment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 75 lbs.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Pay: $20.46 - $30.81 per hour
